LEAD BRAND MARK DESIGN
Innovative fashion house, Fashion Nova, proudly introduced its latest venture into athletic wear with the unveiling of NOVA Sport a couple years ago. As the lead designer on this project, my primary objective was to create a distinctive word mark that maintains a visual link to the main brand, leveraging the iconic "NOVA" mark. Aim was to establish a visual identity that could rival the likes of giants like Adidas, Lululemon, and NIKE. I crafted a fresh, powerful, and memorable design that seamlessly embodies the essence of the Fashion Nova brand while exuding the dynamic spirit synonymous with athleisure wear.

SCOPE OF WORK.
Develop a brand mark to represent their new athletics / sport division that captures the essence of the Fashion Nova brand.

Website, Social Media Outlets, Apparel, Labeling, Promotional Items, and Video.
DESCRIPTION.
A simplistic logo type that plays visually off of the highly recognizable "NOVA" word mark.
Following the successful completion of the word mark, FN expressed a desire for a new icon specifically intended for application on smaller surfaces. The resulting NOVA Sport word mark and monogram now grace various activewear items, including sports bras, leggings, and joggers, contributing to the global prominence of the Fashion Nova brand.

Letters "F" and "N" intertwined together to create an "S" within the negative space.
INTENTIONALLY DESIGNING THE NEW MONOGRAM FOR THE PATENTED "LULULEMON TREATMENT"
Flat heat transfer applied on nylon set.
Raised heat transfer applied on a sweat jacket.
Reflective heat transfer applied on faux snakeskin.
